The property is fenced all around and access through a vehicle gate. The drive way leads up to the double garage and entrance way. To the right and left of the driveway is the garden area with a swing for the kids.

Through the front door or internal garage is the entrance hall. The house is tiled throughout. On the lower level you will find 2 of the bedrooms with a shared family bathroom. One bedroom has a King and the other a queen bed.

As you make your way up the stairs you can make your way down the passage to the Main ensuite bedroom which has a King XL and another bedroom which is adjacent to a bathroom which has 2 x Single Beds that can be made up a King on request.

Off to the left of the stairs you will walk into the open plan dinning and lounge. The dining table can seat 10 people. The lounge is basket in sunlight throughout the day and has a TV and fire place for those colder nights.

Off the dining area is the kitchen, which has a walk in pantry. The kitchen has all the necessities including fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven. microwave and coffee machine. Off the kitchen is the scullery which is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Off the lounge dinning area is a TV/Playroom.

Off the lounge is a covered patio with a patio table and chairs and weber braai. This areas leads to the upstairs garden which has 2 sun loungers.

The house is 200m from the beach which means if you forget something at the house it’s not a problem to pop back to fetch. There is also an outside shower to wash off all the beach sand and salt water should you wish.

The Sanctuary Club is 150m walk from the house which is available for guest to use. There is a tennis court, squash court, his and hers sauna and X2 communal swimming pools. Please bring own tennis, squash racquets and balls. An access tag will be provided.
